1. HomeStaging Service and Fee
Step 1. Consultation: $160.00 + 5%GST
Home Staging designers will come to your home and perform a consultation of your home which will identify problem areas and present improvement options by showing you images of the previous successful projects. Usually the consultation takes about 1 hour. At the end of the consultation, the client will receive a copy of "Home Staging To Do List"
In 24 hours, the designer will email a full package quotation which will include all the fees. The fees will be paid up front by the home sellers. There will be no additional charges throughout the whole project.
The Consultation appointment needs to be booked 3 days in advance.
Step 2. All-Included Package
Once the client accepts the full service package, the designer will start a series of tasks which will take of all the details from begin to finish to be a truly one-stop service. After the last step of Staging, the home will be ready for Open House. Usually, the entire process will take about a week.

2. Interior Decoration for home to live
Step 1. Consultation: $250.00 + 5%GST
Interior Decorators will come to your home and perform a consultation of your home which will identify your personal or family taste and needs and present Style Selection, Color Selection, Layout solution, material selection, etc. and aprovide layout sketching.
The Consultation appointment needs to be booked 3 days in advance.
Step 2. All-Included Package
Once the client accepts the full service package, the designer will start a series of tasks which will take of all the details from begin to finish to be a truly one-stop service. After the last step of Interior Decoration, the home will be ready to move in to their dream home. Usually, the entire process will take about few months.
Service include:
- Renovation suggestions;
- Design;
- Shopping for furniture, accessories, and more;
- Set up everything in the new home;
- Offer designer shopping discount from stores;
Condo start from $1000.00;
House start from $2500.00;
3. Interior ReDesign and Event Decoration

Once you get bored with your home,we can come to give it a new lift!
When your kids have birthday party, or you have special event at home, we can come to set everything up for your memorable time!
